Aloo palak







Serving size 2

Spinach      1 bunch

Onion         1 small

Tomato       1 small

Potato        1 small (Boiled)

Ginger chopped 1 tsp

Chilli powder  1 tbsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Garam Masala     1 tsp

Green chilli          2 Nos

Salt to taste


Wash and clean the leaves. In a pan add leaves and green chillis and cook until leaves reduce the volume and keep aside. Don't add water spinach itself will leave water. Grind it to smooth paste once it cool down.

Heat oil in pan, add onion and ginger. Fry till translucent and add tomato,Chilli powder,coriander powder,Garam masala and salt. Cook util the spices are cooked.

Add the spinach paste and cook for 2 minutes and 1/4 cup of water. Now add boiled and cubed potato.
Cook it for 3 more minutes.

Serve with rice or Roti.
