Beans Poriyal







Beans cubed         1 cup

Red chilli              3 -4 Nos

Onion                  1 small.

Mustard seeds     1 tsp

Salt to taste


Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds,red chilli and onion. Cook till onions are translucent.

Now add beans ,salt and 1/2 cup of water (adjust water content). Close the pan and cook until the water evaporates.

Once the mixture becomes dry add grated coconut (I'm not added) and serve along with rice or Roti.
