Cauliflower peas Kurma

Cauliflower florets     1 cup

Peas (Frozen)           1/2 cup

Onion                      1 No

Tomato                   1 No

Coconut paste          2 tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste  2 tbsp

Chilli Powder        1 tbsp

Coriander powder  2 tbsp

Turmeric Powder  1 tsp

Coriander leaves  1 tbsp

Salt to taste

To temper

Fennel seeds            1 tsp

Cloves                    2

Bay leaves             2 No

Cardamom             2 No

cinnamon               2 -3 Nos

Heat oil in pan add all the item under temper and let them splutter. Then add the ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add onion cook until translucent and add tomato and cook for some more minutes. Now add cauliflower florets , peas , turmeric powder , Chilli powder , coriander powder and 2 cups of water. (If your using fresh peas and cook it separately and then add to gravy)

After the raw smell of spices went add coconut paste and cook for some more minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chappathi or rice.
