Egg Kuruma





Egg                               3 Nos
Onion                           1 No
Tomato                         1 No
Green Chilli                   2 (Slit length Wise)    
Chilli Powder                1 tbsp
Coriander Powder        2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder         1/2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste      1 tbsp
Salt for taste
Coconut Paste               2- 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves to Garnish

For Seasoning

Oil                    2 tbsp
Fennal seeds     1/2 tbsp
Cinnamon         2
Cardamom       2 Nos
Bay Leaf          1 No
Clove               2 Nos




Heat oil in a pan. Once the  oil is hot enough add all the ingredients in for seasoning one by one. After add Ginger Garlic paste and sauté well.

Now add onion , Green chilli and sauté well until onions are translucent. Add tomato and fry until it get cooked.

Now add Turmeric powder,Chilli Powder and coriander powder mix well.

Cook the spices until raw smell goes. After add 2 cups of water and let it boil for few minutes.

Break egg directly in to the curry one by one. (Break the eggs in different place.So that it should not overlap with each other). Don't mix the gravy otherwise the eggs  will get scrambled. The recipes feature is the egg will look as like a boiled egg.

Once the eggs get cooked, add the coconut paste and let it cook for some more minutes. Once done garnish with coriander leaves.

Note :

Add the water according to your gravy consistency.

You can add almond and cashew paste instead of coconut paste. It will give the same taste.
