Potato curry with Curd


Its a very simple dish and it will take very less time to cook.



Potato                                 2 Nos

Curd/Yogurt                        4 tbsp

Green chilli                           2 nos

Cumin seeds                         1 tsp

Gram Flour                           1 tsp

Ginger Chopped                   1 tsp

Chilli powder                        1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder                1 tsp

Turmeric Powder                  1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves  chopped    1/4 cup

Salt to taste.

Boil the potato in stove top or by using microwave.

In a bowl mix curd,green chilli, ginger,chilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder like a paste.

Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds. Once cumin seeds splutter add gram flour and cook until it turns golden brown.

Add the curd paste and cook till the spices done or the spices oozes out oil.

Now add potato,salt and 1 cup of water and let it boil for 4 -5 minutes. (Add water according to your gravy consistency).

Garnish with coriander leaves.

It will be good combination with Roti or Poris
