Wheat Rava Upma





Serving size 1

Wheat Rava     1/2 cup

Onion              1 small

Green chilli       2 Nos

Ginger chopped 1 tsp

Channa Dal      1 tsp

Mustard seeds  1 tsp

Water               1 cup

Salt to taste


Dry roast the wheat rava for about 3 -4 mins and keep separately.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and channa dal . Once channa dal changed to golden brown add onion , green chilli,Ginger and fry for few minutes.Add cup of water and salt

Once water starts boiling start add wheat rava slowly and stir continuously.Otherwise  lumps will form.

Cover it and cook it until done.

Serve hot along with chutney or sambar.
