Capsicum Peanut Curry




Capsicum                     1 No

Onion                           1 No

Tomato                         1 No

Chilli powder               1 tbsp

Coriander Powder       2 tbsp

Turmeric Powder         1/4 tsp

Ginger Garlic paste       1 tbsp

cumin seeds                1 tsp

Peanut                         1/4 cup

Salt to taste



Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Once splutter add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes.

Add onion and cook till translucent. Add chopped capsicum ,some salt and turmeric powder, cover and cook for until capsicum off cooked.

Now add chilli powder,coriander powder and salt.Cook till the spices cook well.

Meanwhile grind the peanut into fine paste. Once the spices get cooked add Peanut paste and cook till raw smell goes.

If you want the curry to be watery, add some water at this time and cook well.

Serve hot with Roti or rice.
