Rava Idli

Rava                  1 cup

Curd                  1/2 cup

Baking Soda      1 tsp

Salt to taste

To Temper

Channa Dal      1 tbsp

Urad Dal           1 tbsp

Curry leaves      2 -3

Cashew             3 - 4

Heat oil in  pan fry cashews and keep aside.

In a same pan, add item under To temper , once splutter add rava and roast for 4 -5 minutes.

Cool down and transfer to mixing bowl. Add curd,cashew ,salt and baking soda and mix well.

Pour the batter to idly moulds and cook for 10- 15 minutes.

Serve hot with chutney or Sambar.
