Banana Muffin
I had some ripped banana sitting in my kitchen, want to make something out of it. So i made this muffins.These are perfect for breakfast and as a snack. For making these muffins chose banana with a more tiny brown spots.Those brown spots are called sugar spots;fruits with have those spots make the sweetest muffin.I already posted eggless version of this.

All Purpose Flour 1 3/4 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Butter 1/2 cup (Melted)
Egg 2 Nos
Banana 5 small ripe
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Method
Preheat the oven 350F /180C. Line muffin tray and keep aside.
In a bowl , mix all purpose flour ,sugar,Cinnamon,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl smash the ripped banana , mix butter and beaten egg.
Mix the wet ingredients with dry ingredients gently . (Don't Over mix)
Scoop the batter in muffin pan and bake it about 20 - 25 minutes.
