Eggless Chickpea Flour Chocolate cookies | Besan Chocolate cookies


Chickpea flour cookies I'm tried for the second time . For the first time i over baked the cookies.So it becomes hard. I adapted the recipe form Litebite , and modified little bit according to my taste bud. These cookies are really addictive one.Adding chocolate the chickpea flour really gives nice taste.

Ingredients

Chickpea Flour /Besan Flour                 1 cup

Cocoa Powder                                        3tbsp

Powder sugar                                         1/2 cup

Butter                                                    1/2 cup (Softened)

Vanilla Essence                                     1 tsp

Pista                                                       for garnishing


Method:

Soften the butter by bring it room temperature 1/2 - 1 hour before making the dough.

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients , next add butter,Vanilla essence and make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into equal size balls. Flatten the balls using your palm gently.

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Place the flatten balls in a baking tray. Bake it about 10 - 15 minutes.
Let it cool for 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish it with Pista and serve.
