Maa Laddu | Pottukadali Urundai | Easy Diwali sweet


Last Diwali i made Wheat Flour Laddo and Besan Laddu this time i want some other easy laddu. This recipe is now flooding with almost in every one is blog. So want to post this easy recipe.




Ingredients

Pottukadalai / Roasted Gram           1 cup

Sugar                                                1/2 cup

Cardamom                                        3-4 Nos

Ghee                                                 1/2 cup (Melted)

Cashew nuts                                     7 - 8 Nos

Method                           


Powder the roasted bengal gram and keep aside. Powdered the sugar along with cardamom.

Sieve the flour and sugar together for even mixing.

Melt the ghee , roast the cashew nuts in ghee and mix it with flour and sugar mixture.

Mix the hot ghee into mixture and mix well using spoon or spatula.

Start making laddus while they still warm.

Store in airtight container and enjoy.
